ni grouping utk esok..setiap org akan dpt kain ikut color group masing2.ikut korang la nk ikat kat kepala ke tangan memane la asal nampak kain tu.kalau nk pakai baju seluar tudung ikut color group pon boleh.

Date/Time : 25th April 2010, Sunday, 7am – 6pm (penukaran tarikh disebabkan atas keputusan majoriti komiti)
Venue : Teluk Batik
Tentative
7.00am : gather in front of masjid, eat breakfast provided (air kotak n roti)
7.30am : bertolak ke venue yg ditetapkan
8.30am : arriving at destination
9.00am : start BBQing and 1st round of sukaneka and games starts
12.00pm : EAT!!!!! (menu will be shown later)
1.30pm : break, solat zuhur and rest
2.30pm : 2nd round of sukaneka and games
5.00pm : Prize, awards and souvenirs giving ceremony
5.30pm : class photoshoot
Games and Activities
- There will be 4 groups (Red, Blue, Orange, and Green).
- Ktrg sndri akan divide group tu based on brapa ramai yang nak pegi (insyaAllah akan dpt tau b4 event berlansung).
- Please wear sport attire/ mengikut keselesaan.
- Setiap sorang dlm group akan dapat secebis kain based on color of group.
- Cara korang nk dress up ikot group tu terpulang (nak pakai baju same ke….etc)
- Konsep games more to sukaneka jek, xde lasak2 and xde aktiviti dlm air (consider safety).
- Kalo nk main air jugak, it is your own risk.. da besar kan..
- Every group is required to build a sand castle..kami tidak membekalkan equipments untuk sand castle. So, each group kene bwk sndri.. bagi kelebihan untuk korang berkarya. =). Sand castle tu u may build as big as ur group would like to as it will represent your group.
- Details on each game will be briefed before game is started.

Voting clarification
Since ramai tnya whether vote2 ni will be published in public or nape xnampak any vote dlm tiap post..dun wori guys. Ur vote is confidential and safe with us. The vote will not be published in public. It will be dlm simpanan the PNP members only. Even other committee mmbers pon xtaw ape vote korang. So no need to worry dengan possibility that everyone is going to know sape yg korang vote, k?=)
Each comment or vote from u guys need to be approved from the PNP members first before it get published. Thats why each voting post tu kosong je tnpa ade ape2 komen sbb komen yg related dengan votes, will be kept confidential. So the PNP members just collect the votes and keep the result smpai outing ni nanti. So, the winner tu will not be revealed smpai la award prize giving nanti.
